Customer service was great. The service adviser did a good job. The only issue I have was communication between me and the advisor concerning keeping me informed on the progress of the service I was getting done. Other then that issue, Steven was a great advisor.

I had service here on my Mini Cooper and couldn't be happier with the experience. My advisor, Steven, was excellent at communicating at every step of the process and I felt like I was working with someone who was advocating for me the entire time. The technician teamsent a video of my vehicle inspection showing me the issues they had identified. It made it much easier to authorize the repairs since I was shown the problems. This is the ONLY spot I will be using for car work in the future.
The advisor worked in an attentive, quick, professional and friendly manner. I've used the service center before for a major repair and trust their work.

I am not certain who Jason is. My service manager was Steven Anderson. Customer service was the worst I have had at this dealer. Lack of clear communication and tech was working on multiple cars while i waited for over 5 hours. Unacceptable. I may never return, certainly not for service.

Good - They got me in the same day. The waiting area is nice and they serviced my vehicle quickly. James my service agent provided good customer service. Bad - I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and brake fluid service, and they somehow came back with a massive list claiming $10,000 in needed repairs. Their prices are ridiculously high and feel incredibly inflated. To make matters worse, they slap a ridiculous 3% service charge on top just for using a credit card to pay. Look elsewhere for honest pricing.

The dealership was nice the staff helpful. I communicated to the staff taking the car in Deon who helped me also. Please don’t let the drivers side window down it won’t go back up. When my car was returned they let the window down. Deon told me they couldn’t get it back up his technician is xxxxxx now he has to pay him and quoted me $1800 to repair the driver side window regulator. This service center is generally slow regardless of appointment time. Also? This was the third time I’ve waited 15+ minutes for my car to be brought around front after it was finished, because very few people can drive stick shift. James, however, was the best representative I’ve ever dealt with there. He was polite and honest and was very clear and transparent in his communication with me.
It is quite impossible to get out of this service center without spending thousands of dollars on routine maintenance. BMW far exceeds routine maintenance costs of other luxury brands. I would have never thought I would be saying this due to maintenance costs but I am heading back to Porsche.
